Return Policy

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The order must still include all parts, components, and packaging as originally received.
  2. Normal handling of the product is evident. Breakage due to careless handling will not be accepted.
  3. For products where hygiene is important, the items must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  4. The product must be found defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for the shipping costs.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
    We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  • Send an email to: info@pet-equipment.store
  • Include the following information in the email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • A photo of the product (if damaged)
    • First name + last name
    • Customer’s address

Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send the return to the sender address; we will send you the correct return address after you have requested it. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product.
